Smoked Fish Lyonnaise - lardons, smoked trout, cured yolk, frisée 

 Bone Marrow Crab Cake - aioli, pickled onion, micro-herbs

Pork Belly & Mussels - hard cider, fennel, thyme, cream

Grilled Ribeye Oscar - Maine grass-fed beef, lobster, asparagus, béarnaise
