Bone-in pork belly from our pasture-raised, forest-fed, Mangalitsa pigs. We raise purebred swallow-bellied Mangalitsa pigs, a breed reknowned for the quality of its fat, marbling, and flavor. This cut will be excellent slow-roasted with a finishing sear on the stove top. The rib bones add extra flavor to the cut. Each package weighs approximately 1 lb.
